West Chester United Predators '98:
A HUGE thank you to the West Chester United Predators '98 Boys soccer team for their donation of $2,500 to Clifford's Gift. As part of their fundraising efforts, for their European Soccer tour this past summer, they gave a large portion of their money raised to Clifford's Gift. West Chester United Soccer Club's Predators 98 Boys The boys are planning a special event for an area homeless shelter this Holiday Season to give back even more.
Kristine Lilly received the prestigious Henry P. Iba award in Oklahoma this summer. The Henry P. Iba Citizen Athlete Awards recognize the positive contributions to humanity by influential and successful athletes who present the proper image and who are positive role models. Because they participate in sports at the highest level, these athletes influence and shape the lives of many others, especially children. A Race For A Cause:
Kristine Lilly, a member of Athletes for Hope, teamed up with Clifford's Gift to raise money for the homeless. Kristine and I were humbled by the show of support for this organization and we thank everyone who took the time to make a donation.
Clifford's Gift raised over $29,000 during this campaign. Clifford's Gift continues to have a working relationship with GlobalGiving and continues to receive donations monthly from people around the world. Yearly Christmas Angel Program:
Every Christmas Season Clifford's Gift has the pleasure of assisting Santa Claus deliver toys to the many deserving children of Pennsylvania.
Sports Auction:
These two young soccer players won this soccer collage at the Kristine Lilly Soccer Academy in Wilton, Connecticut. The proceeds from the auction went to help fund the many activities of Clifford's Gift.
Bagged Lunch Program:
We have provided approximately 650 nutritious and healthy lunches to adult individuals in the West Chester, PA area during the renovation of a shelter for individuals that are currently homeless.
